Support the Growth Marketing Manager at a leading iGaming company. €1,800 – €2,800 net/month. Russian and English bilingual fluency required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or growth roles
• Bilingual — Russian and English — fluent written and spoken (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels — PPC, social media, email, affiliate marketing
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Comfortable using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards
• Proactive mindset — able to anticipate tasks and support the Growth Marketing Manager
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus after probation period

Responsibilities

• Assist the Growth Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across PPC, social, email, and affiliate channels
• Prepare reports and dashboards on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI — provide actionable insights
• Coordinate with creative, CRM, affiliate, product, and PR/event teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
• Support content creation — copy, graphics, video edits, and promotional materials
• Conduct research on competitors, trends, and the iGaming market to inform campaigns
• Help manage marketing tools, dashboards, and workflow systems
• Support events, promotions, and PR initiatives as directed
