About the Role
Support the Growth Marketing Manager at a leading iGaming company. €1,800 – €2,800 net/month. Russian and English bilingual fluency required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or growth roles
- Bilingual — Russian and English — fluent written and spoken (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels — PPC, social media, email, affiliate marketing
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Comfortable using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards
- Proactive mindset — able to anticipate tasks and support the Growth Marketing Manager
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus after probation period
Responsibilities
- Assist the Growth Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across PPC, social, email, and affiliate channels
- Prepare reports and dashboards on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI — provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with creative, CRM, affiliate, product, and PR/event teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
- Support content creation — copy, graphics, video edits, and promotional materials
- Conduct research on competitors, trends, and the iGaming market to inform campaigns
- Help manage marketing tools, dashboards, and workflow systems
- Support events, promotions, and PR initiatives as directed
