Frequently Asked Questions
When do I pay HRFinEase?
For Standard, Premium, and Bulk recruitment — only when a candidate successfully starts work. There is no upfront fee, no daily charge, and no payment if no placement is made. For Ad Placement, the $100 fee is payable upfront.
What does “1× gross monthly salary” mean?
Our Standard fee equals one month of the placed candidate's gross salary. For example, if a candidate is placed at a gross salary of €5,000/month, our fee is €5,000 — paid once, after they start work.
What is the replacement guarantee?
If a candidate placed by HRFinEase does not complete their probation period, we conduct a full replacement search at no additional cost. The guarantee period is 90 days for Standard placements and extended for Premium.
How does the Ad Placement service work?
We publish your vacancy on hrfinease.com, share it on our Telegram vacancy channel and LinkedIn page with your contact details included. Candidates apply directly to you — no recruitment fee applies. $100 flat fee, paid upfront, active for 30 days.
Is there a discount for multiple hires?
Yes. The Recurring & Bulk tier applies to 3 or more placements under one agreement — offering a 25% discount on standard per-placement fees. Contact us to discuss terms for your specific hiring programme.
Does HRFinEase charge in USD, EUR or GBP?
We invoice in the currency agreed with each client — typically EUR for Cyprus-based clients, USD for UAE and international clients, and GBP for UK clients. Use the currency toggle above to see approximate equivalents.
Are there any other fees?
No. There are no registration fees, no search fees, no interview coordination fees, and no onboarding fees. You pay only on successful placement for recruitment services, or the flat $100 for Ad Placement.
