About the Role

Manage and grow relationships with high-value VIP players. €2,500 – €4,000 net/month. 2–5 years in VIP management or CRM within iGaming required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in VIP management, CRM, or player relations within iGaming or casino industries
• Strong knowledge of online gaming products, player behavior, and iGaming compliance regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret player data and performance metrics
• Proactive and solution-oriented — able to work independently
• Experience with CRM systems, player management platforms, and reporting tools
• Fluency in Russian and English preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus after probation period

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of VIP players, providing personalized support and engagement
• Develop and implement VIP strategies to increase retention, deposits, and player activity
• Monitor player behavior and performance, identifying opportunities for targeted campaigns
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and product teams to deliver personalized VIP offers
• Handle high-value player requests professionally and promptly
• Track and report on VIP KPIs — player value, retention, churn risk, and engagement
• Organize VIP events, tournaments, and exclusive promotions online and offline
• Identify trends in VIP activity and provide insights to optimize programs
