About the Role
Manage and grow relationships with high-value VIP players. €2,500 – €4,000 net/month. 2–5 years in VIP management or CRM within iGaming required.

Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in VIP management, CRM, or player relations within iGaming or casino industries
- Strong knowledge of online gaming products, player behavior, and iGaming compliance regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret player data and performance metrics
- Proactive and solution-oriented — able to work independently
- Experience with CRM systems, player management platforms, and reporting tools
- Fluency in Russian and English preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus after probation period
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of VIP players, providing personalized support and engagement
- Develop and implement VIP strategies to increase retention, deposits, and player activity
- Monitor player behavior and performance, identifying opportunities for targeted campaigns
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and product teams to deliver personalized VIP offers
- Handle high-value player requests professionally and promptly
- Track and report on VIP KPIs — player value, retention, churn risk, and engagement
- Organize VIP events, tournaments, and exclusive promotions online and offline
- Identify trends in VIP activity and provide insights to optimize programs
