About the Role

HRFinEase is recruiting a Head of IT for an international Forex/CFD broker in Limassol, Cyprus. Hands-on MT4/MT5 infrastructure expertise required. Reports directly to CEO and COO. On-site, 5 days per week.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience specifically in a Forex or FinTech environment — mandatory
• Strong hands-on expertise with MT4/MT5 trading infrastructure — setup, optimisation, and troubleshooting
• Proven leadership and IT team management experience
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity practices and system reliability
• Experience implementing and enforcing access control policies
• High ownership mentality — able to work under pressure and resolve incidents fast
• Fluent in English
• No visa restrictions — eligible to work in Cyprus
• Available to work from the office in Limassol, 5 days per week (fully on-site)

Responsibilities

• Administrate and manage the full MT4/MT5 trading infrastructure — setup, optimisation, and troubleshooting
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity and access control policies across the organisation
• Lead and manage the internal IT team and external technology vendors
• Monitor all systems 24/7, handle incidents, and ensure uninterrupted trading operations
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding IT processes and internal IT setup
• Manage company hardware and office IT infrastructure in Limassol
• Optimise performance, reliability, and IT costs across all systems
• Collaborate closely with Dealing, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support departments
• Report directly to the CEO and COO on technology performance and strategic IT decisions
