About the Role

HRFinEase is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Malaysia. Chinese language skills required. 2–3 years of recruitment or HR experience in financial services or fintech.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR — preferably within financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English — mandatory. Malay is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian and broader South East Asian talent market
  • Experience sourcing candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, JobStreet, and local Malaysian job boards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
  • Organised and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Based in Malaysia — Kuala Lumpur or Labuan preferred
  • Familiarity with the Labuan IBFC financial ecosystem is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and present candidates for fintech and financial services roles across the South East Asian region
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job briefing to offer management
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across compliance, operations, sales, and back-office functions
  • Conduct candidate interviews and prepare structured candidate summaries for clients
  • Manage job postings across Malaysian and regional job boards
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records
  • Coordinate with the HRFinEase central team on international vacancy assignments
  • Support business development efforts in Malaysia and the broader South East Asian market
