About the Role
HRFinEase is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Malaysia. Chinese language skills required. 2–3 years of recruitment or HR experience in financial services or fintech.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR — preferably within financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English — mandatory. Malay is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian and broader South East Asian talent market
- Experience sourcing candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, JobStreet, and local Malaysian job boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
- Organised and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Based in Malaysia — Kuala Lumpur or Labuan preferred
- Familiarity with the Labuan IBFC financial ecosystem is a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and present candidates for fintech and financial services roles across the South East Asian region
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job briefing to offer management
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across compliance, operations, sales, and back-office functions
- Conduct candidate interviews and prepare structured candidate summaries for clients
- Manage job postings across Malaysian and regional job boards
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records
- Coordinate with the HRFinEase central team on international vacancy assignments
- Support business development efforts in Malaysia and the broader South East Asian market
