About the Role
International FX/CFD broker in Limassol is hiring a Business Development Manager. 2–5 years in FX/CFD required. €3,000 – €4,000 net/month + commissions. Existing client book is a strong advantage. EU national or permanent EU residency mandatory — no visa sponsorship available.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a business development, sales, or client acquisition role at a regulated FX/CFD broker or financial services firm — mandatory
- Strong understanding of forex, CFD, and derivative trading products and the competitive brokerage landscape
- EU national or holder of permanent EU residency — mandatory (no visa sponsorship available)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus — full-time on-site role
- Existing client book or established network of introducing brokers, institutional clients, or high-net-worth traders is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of generating new business, meeting revenue targets, and managing client pipelines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills — multilingual candidates are a strong advantage
- Experience with CRM systems and structured business development pipelines
- Knowledge of CySEC regulatory framework and MiFID II compliance as it relates to client onboarding and sales
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert new clients — including retail traders, introducing brokers, institutional clients, and white label partners
- Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio, maximising trading activity, deposit volumes, and long-term retention
- Leverage existing client network and industry relationships to accelerate business growth from day one
- Develop and execute business development strategies targeting key geographic markets and client segments
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions as required
- Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and product teams to develop compelling client propositions and onboarding materials
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM system and provide regular forecasts and performance reports to senior management
- Ensure all business development activity complies with CySEC regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies
- Identify partnership, IB, and white label opportunities and manage relationships through to activation
