About the Role
Strategic CRM Manager role at a licensed FX/CFD call centre in Santo Domingo. Own client lifecycle management and retention analytics. Spanish and English mandatory. $4,000 – $5,000/month + performance bonus and full relocation support.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CRM management experience in FX/CFD, financial services or a related field
- Spanish mandatory — required for all positions at this operation
- Fluent English required
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms — Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
- Strong analytical skills — ability to segment client databases and interpret behavioural data
- Experience building retention workflows, automated campaigns and trigger-based sequences
- Willingness to relocate to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
Responsibilities
- Own the CRM platform — configuration, data integrity and user access management
- Develop and execute client segmentation strategies for the retention desk
- Build automated retention campaigns, triggers and re-engagement sequences
- Analyse client behaviour, churn indicators and campaign performance metrics
- Provide actionable weekly and monthly reporting to senior management
- Collaborate with Retention Managers and Team Leaders to align CRM strategy with desk targets
Compensation & Benefits
- $4,000 – $5,000/month base salary commensurate with experience
