About the Role

Strategic CRM Manager role at a licensed FX/CFD call centre in Santo Domingo. Own client lifecycle management and retention analytics. Spanish and English mandatory. $4,000 – $5,000/month + performance bonus and full relocation support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CRM management experience in FX/CFD, financial services or a related field
  • Spanish mandatory — required for all positions at this operation
  • Fluent English required
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms — Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to segment client databases and interpret behavioural data
  • Experience building retention workflows, automated campaigns and trigger-based sequences
  • Willingness to relocate to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM platform — configuration, data integrity and user access management
  • Develop and execute client segmentation strategies for the retention desk
  • Build automated retention campaigns, triggers and re-engagement sequences
  • Analyse client behaviour, churn indicators and campaign performance metrics
  • Provide actionable weekly and monthly reporting to senior management
  • Collaborate with Retention Managers and Team Leaders to align CRM strategy with desk targets

Compensation & Benefits

  • $4,000 – $5,000/month base salary commensurate with experience
