Retention Agent — Spanish Speaking

About the Role

3 positions available. Retention Agent for a licensed FX/CFD call centre in the Dominican Republic. Native/near-native Spanish mandatory. $2,300 base + commissions — top performers earn $10,000+/month. Full relocation support provided.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retention, sales or customer success role — FX/CFD or financial services preferred
• Native or near-native Spanish — mandatory
• Working English required
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of hitting KPIs
• Willingness to relocate to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
• Interview process conducted remotely — relocation required upon offer acceptance

Responsibilities

• Re-engage dormant or churning clients and convert them to active depositors
• Build and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients
• Educate clients on available products and market opportunities
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly retention KPIs
• Log all client interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Escalate high-value opportunities to Team Leaders when appropriate

Compensation & Benefits

• $2,300/month base salary
• Individual commission on client deposits
• Additional bonus on target achievements based on deposit scale
• $1,350/month rent allowance
