About the Role
5 positions available (3 Spanish, 2 Portuguese). Retention Manager / Team Leader for a licensed FX/CFD call centre in Santo Domingo. Spanish mandatory. Earn commission on your entire team's net deposits. Full relocation support provided.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Retention Manager or Team Leader in FX/CFD or financial services
- Spanish mandatory — required for all positions at this operation
- Native or near-native Portuguese preferred for 2 of the 5 positions
- Working English required
- Demonstrated ability to manage, coach and motivate a retention team
- Data-driven approach to performance management and KPI tracking
- Experience coordinating with CRM systems and outreach strategies
- Willingness to relocate to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach and motivate a team of Retention Agents
- Handle escalated high-value client retention calls
- Set team targets and monitor KPIs against daily, weekly and monthly benchmarks
- Earn a commission based on a percentage of net deposits generated by the whole team
- Coordinate with CRM Manager on client segmentation and outreach strategy
- Provide regular performance reporting to senior management
- Support onboarding and training of new agents joining the desk
Compensation & Benefits
- $2,000/month base salary
- Percentage-based commission on net deposits of the entire team
- $1,350/month rent allowance
- $200/month transportation allowance
