About the Role

5 positions available (3 Spanish, 2 Portuguese). Retention Manager / Team Leader for a licensed FX/CFD call centre in Santo Domingo. Spanish mandatory. Earn commission on your entire team's net deposits. Full relocation support provided.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Retention Manager or Team Leader in FX/CFD or financial services
  • Spanish mandatory — required for all positions at this operation
  • Native or near-native Portuguese preferred for 2 of the 5 positions
  • Working English required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach and motivate a retention team
  • Data-driven approach to performance management and KPI tracking
  • Experience coordinating with CRM systems and outreach strategies
  • Willingness to relocate to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach and motivate a team of Retention Agents
  • Handle escalated high-value client retention calls
  • Set team targets and monitor KPIs against daily, weekly and monthly benchmarks
  • Earn a commission based on a percentage of net deposits generated by the whole team
  • Coordinate with CRM Manager on client segmentation and outreach strategy
  • Provide regular performance reporting to senior management
  • Support onboarding and training of new agents joining the desk

Compensation & Benefits

  • $2,000/month base salary
  • Percentage-based commission on net deposits of the entire team
  • $1,350/month rent allowance
