About the Role

HRFinEase is hiring a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist with Russian language skills and 2–3 years of experience in finance or fintech recruitment. Fully remote, worldwide.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR within financial services, fintech, forex, or a regulated industry — mandatory
  • Fluency in Russian and English — mandatory
  • Proven ability to source and place candidates in finance-related roles — compliance, sales, operations, technology, or executive
  • Strong knowledge of the Russian-speaking fintech and forex talent market — awareness of key employers, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing methodologies
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English
  • Additional languages are a strong advantage — Ukrainian, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Arabic

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates for fintech and financial services roles across Russian-speaking and Eastern European markets
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle independently — briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across compliance, sales, dealing, technology, and back-office functions
  • Conduct structured candidate interviews and prepare detailed candidate profiles for clients
  • Maintain active relationships with passive candidates in the Russian-speaking fintech community
  • Support business development by identifying and engaging potential new clients in target markets
  • Coordinate with the HRFinEase central team on vacancy assignments and candidate submissions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate and client interactions
