About the Role
Manage and grow affiliate partnerships for an established iGaming brand. €2,000 – €3,500 net/month. iGaming affiliate experience required.

Requirements
- Experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/reporting skills
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns
- Negotiate terms and commissions with partners
- Prepare regular performance reports
